Hartfield Tennis Club - The courts are situated on the Croft. ABOUT THE CLUBCome rain or shine, hot or cold, light or dark, you will find tennis being played in Hartfield.The tennis club have two hard courts on the Croft, in the centre of the village. There is activity most evenings and through the weekends year round. You will even find tennis being played on Boxing Day - subject to the depth of snow! With floodlights, play continues late into the evenings.Doubles or singles - the Hartfield Tennis Club is the place to be.Contact: Mr. Richard Hodge 01892 531815 Hartfield Ladies “Friendly” Stoolball Team We would like to welcome new members this season, no experience necessary. Practises start on the Croft from 6pm every Wednesday until our first league match 9th May. We are also looking for an Umpire for the season, training course offered + free tea and cake J For further information contact Sue Maynard 07837 362601 COLEMANS HATCH BOWLING CLUB THE BOWLING GREEN, SANDY LANE, COLEMANS HATCH, EAST SUSSEX, TN7 4ER Colemans Hatch Bowling Club is located in Ashdown Forest, East Sussex, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We welcome new members and have low membership fees. Our Club provides bowling facilities for a wide area including Hartfield, East Grinstead Forest Row and Crowborough. We are open for bowling from the end of April through to the end of September. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN LAWN BOWLING, WHY NOT CONSIDER JOINING US WE WELCOME NEW MEMBERS OF ALL ABILITIES Coaching is available for those who wish to learn and enjoy bowls. Bowls are available for loan, but please provide your own flat soled shoes or trainers. The Club Green is opposite the cricket club in Sandy Lane. Practice sessions are on Mondays from 2.00 p.m. and Thursdays from 6.00 p.m., during the season.
