Parish Council Meeting for the Year 2011/12 

All Parish Council meetings and committee meetings are held in the Parish Council meeting room in Goods Yard House, Edenbridge Road, Hartfield, TN7 4JG, unless otherwise specified. Any changes to meeting dates will be advertised on the web-site, at Parish Council meetings and on notice boards. All meetings are open to the public.

Planning Meetings are organised in line with the current planning application work load and as such their dates are not featured currently on this schedule unless already planned, these are instead advertised on notice boards and on the front page of the website.
