Queen Elizabeth II

Hartfield Parish Council are saddened to hear of the news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II 1926-2022 who served her nation selflessly for so long. We join with her loyal servants in sending our condolences to her family at this sad time.
Condolence books are hosted at both Holy Trinity Church and St Mary the Virgin Church and an online condolence book is also available at www.royal.uk
Flower tributes (no cellophane please) can be left in the Memorial Garden and will be duly composted after the funeral.
A photo of the Queen is displayed in the offices of the Parish Council.
All meetings of the Parish Council are cancelled until the official mourning period is finished as a mark of respect.
